This is really interesting within few hours of the release of the software, Apple iPhone OS 4 has been jailbroken by the notorious group called 'dev team' infamous for releasing Jailbreak updates on Apple OS, before the OS's official launch.

YouTube is a great source of any kind of video. As we know, YouTube has done a lot of improvements in recent years. Last year, it premiered first ever LIVE streaming content, that was a huge blast I experienced that right on my computer screen. Then they launched widescreen video format in high quality. They, later on, put full featured movies to watch, TV episodes and more.

i-Pad lacks innovation

As soon as I watched Steve Job's keynote on it's slate PC called Apple iPad, all those TV pundits started their silly arguments. Those female gossips compared the name to their tampons. That was the idiotic comment I've ever heard in long time. The thing is not yet out in the market and those so-called Media anchors were giving out ideas as if they've already owned it.
 That's why I switch the channel whenever there is any kind of debates run by these idiots

Latest MSIL/Zeven malware mimicking Microsoft Security Essentials

This particular malware dubbed MSIL/Zeven is currently on the radar of Microsoft. This malware infected PCs display rogue but authentic looking security alerts. Visibly, it's 99 % accurate and rapidly combing all naive victims across the networks. Certain group of computer users highly sensitive to online threats were among the victims.  This malware has  packed in such a psychological and detail factor(except few negligible spelling error) that even the cleverest eyes could be easily deceived.

This malware when loaded, displays the "Reported Attack Site" or "Reported phishing site" page in the exact style of the firefox browser. In addition to that, it offers you to update. This 'update offer' part is neatly done.

Why iPad Sucks??

This post is very similar to my last post but with added stuff. iPad is going to be an over-hyped marketing bluff. I don't like iPad because:

1. It's not revolutionary. It doesn't even use real OS. It uses iPhone's mobile OS. It's not multitasking. It's just click and touch applet stuff. And fools are falling for it thinking it's light year ahead stuff. They are brainwashed if they think it's revolutionary.

1.5 Ghz HTC HD3 Spec Sheet leaks

It’s common knowledge that the HTC HD2 is one of the most capable devices currently on the market running Windows Mobile. In fact, it may be the single most capable device ever to run Windows Mobile.

Regardless, Microsoft’s latest attempt at a mobile operating system with Windows Phone 7 is quickly approaching with hardware manufacturers everywhere gearing up their own offerings. Seeing how the HTC HD2 was such a successful device, speculation regarding a Windows Phone 7 powered HTC HD3 has become the general consensus.

Today, a supposed spec sheet for the HD3 has leaked out giving us a look at what seems to be hardware components that are too good to be true. As you can see from the above pictured spec sheet, the HD3 is said to feature a 4.5-inch screen, a 1.5GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, an 8 megapixel camera and more.

While it wouldn’t be too far off to dream of a device with such specs, it also wouldn’t be too hard for someone to do whip up a fake list in Photoshop.

We’ll have to wait until someone officially involved with the matter comes forth to speak more.

New HP Slate Comes With Palm’s WebOS

Ever since HP took over Palm, various critics have begun saying that it could also mean something for the HP Slate, which is poised to come out very soon. This device is taunted as the next best thing you can have if you’re not into Apple’s iPad.  It also seems like a promising alternative, so no worries there.

The HP Slate has a built-in camera, video-recording capability, USB port, an SD card reader and support for  Adobe Flash. It almost have the same features as Apple iPad’s aside from the fact that this is incredibly cheaper compared to all other high-end tablets you can find in the market.
But as HP just acquired Palm last month, it looks like this Slate will also be released with Palm’s operating system, WebOS, which was created for its Palm Pre and Pixi Plus. It could be a good partner with the HP Slate.
The HP Slate will cost about $550 for the 32GB version and $600 for the $64GB version.

Crystals At The Center Of The Earth Results To Faster-Moving Seismic Waves In The East-West Part Of The World

For years, it has been observed that seismic waves travelling in the east-west part of the earth are faster than those in the other parts. And scientists may know the reason now.

According to them, the iron alloys located at the center of the earth appeared to have crystallized in a way that is easier to pass on the north-south axis than on the east-west. The study was led by Maurizio Mattesini, a geologist at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. It was published on the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
“The structure of the atoms looks different in one direction than the other,” Norm Sleep, a geologist who was not part of the study, said.
In textbooks, the Earth’s inner regions looks like the mantle and core were presented as simple and homogenous regions. But in the study, it looks like the geology of the core is more complex than scientists originally thought. By using better seismographs, the seismic waves are presented clearer than before.
The outer core is composed mostly of liquid iron while the inner core is made of solid ball that is about 750 miles in diameter, which formed as the geology of the Earth cooled.
“The center of the earth is literally a crystal,” David Stephenson, a geologist at CalTech, said.
By the 1990s, geologists slowly began to notice that seismic waves are traveling comparatively faster in the north-south region by about three percent than those in the east-west regions.
According to the new data, the crystals formed enable researchers to gather a particular alignment—known as anisotropy—that makes it easier for waves to travel in one direction than the other.

Dell Streak Tablet Will Soon Debut On AT&T

Called the Mini 5 or the Streak, the new Dell tablet is looking at coming out soon on AT&T in the late summer. However, this new tablet will debut first in Europe rather than in the United States.

With a size of a Sony PlayStation, this portable Streak can be an iPad competitor with its 5-inch capacitive display screen, a 5MP camera at the back, a separate front-facing camera that can be used for video conferencing, a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, WiFi and 3G connectivity and Qualcomm Snapdragon 1GHz processor.
This tablet will run on the latest Google Android operating system version 2.0 or higher. Also, Dell offers that this tablet can make calls via a SIM card option.

As with any kind of product release from the Apple camp, much has been written about the new iPad. Some of it has been bad, but as time goes on and people get used to the concept, it seems that the overall impression of the iPad has generally been positive.
